I'm a TOGAF-certified Enterprise AI Architect leading Business- and AI-First Transformation Programs aligned to HPE's Long-Term Planning. My focus is establishing durable EA and AI practices — charters, frameworks, ARBs and Architecture Communities of Practice — that turn architecture from a checkpoint into a strategic capability.
Across 22+ years I've driven portfolio assessment, rationalization, modernization and obsolescence-risk management for global enterprises, using SAP LeanIX EAM and ServiceNow APM with the 6R and T.I.M.E. frameworks. I've shaped multi-cloud transformation with Zero-Trust security on AWS, GCP and Azure, and I lead HPE's AI Center of Excellence — building GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI solutions with responsible-AI guardrails.

- Architected end-to-end GenAI solutions (fine-tuning, RAG, vector & graph DBs, MLOps, semantic grounding, chunking, multimodal embedding, indexing, reranking) — cut internal information search from ~8 minutes to ~30 seconds.
- Spearheaded enterprise-wide cloud modernization for a European client's core IT systems — defined target architecture and migrated legacy applications to cloud: $2M annual savings, 30% faster time-to-market.
- Built cloud migration strategies with Zero-Trust security using containerization, microservices and serverless on AWS/GCP/Azure — zero critical incidents in 18 months post go-live.
- Implemented Responsible AI governance, enterprise AI security and foundation-model strategies for EU clients.
